Terms & Conditions Promotions

1. Introduction

• These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the 75-ball Lotto Draw (“Trash 2 Treasure”), operated by [Bins R Done] (“The Organizers”).
• By purchasing a Skip Bin Hire, Jackpot Entry, Facebook free comp or participating in any Draw, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least [18] years of age.
• Employees, agents, and contractors of [Bins R Done], as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to participate.
• Builders & Large Companies that Hire over 10 Bins a Year Agree to Donate winnings towards the next Jackpot/s for the General Public. Bins R Done will promote the Business that Donate.

3. Entry and Tickets

• Entries for the 75-ball Lotto Draw are issued when Purchasing a Skip Hire that is delivered in the same month of corresponding monthly draw. Example 1: If skip bin is delivered in January, the entry is only valid for the January draw of that year. Example 2: If Entry is from a facebook comp, that entry will only be valid to the month draw stated in the promotion.
• Each Entrie consists of selecting a combination of numbers from a pool of 1 to 75. Example: 3, 17, 74
• Each participant can purchase as many entries as they wish, but each Entry must be purchased individually by purchasing a Bins R Done trade promotion that offers a entry with the sale.

4. Draw Date and Time

• The Draw will take place on [After the end of each month within a time frame of no more than ten days], and will be broadcast/live streamed on [Facebook, & other media platforms Bins R done decide are acceptable].
• The closing time for each entry is by the last day of each month. Draw will be draw at the beginning of the following month.

5. Prize Structure

• Prizes will be awarded based on the number of matches between the selected numbers and the numbers drawn. The exact prize structure is as follows:
  • TIER 1 PRIZE: If 1st Guess is drawn: The skip hire fee will be refunded or Second bin delivered to the same value.] or if a facebook promotion prize or other promotion entry is won prize will match what the corresponding facebook video or advertisement states for the month that the entry is valid for.
  • TIER 2 PRIZE: If the 1st Guess matches the first ball drawn, plus the 2nd Guess matches the second ball drawn. Then the tier 2 prize is won. Tier 2 prize will match which ever promotion or advertisement states for those entries corresponding monthly draw.
  • TIER 3 PRIZE: If the 1st Guess matches the first ball drawn, plus the 2nd Guess matches the second ball drawn, and then followed by the 3rd Guess matching the 3rd ball drawn Then the tier 3 prize is won. Tier 3 prize will match which ever promotion or advertisement states for that entries corresponding monthly draw.

6. Drawing Process

• The winning numbers will be randomly selected from a pool of 75 balls.
• The process will be streamed live on Facebook & may be broadc asted on other social media sites,

7. Winning and Claiming Prizes

• The winning numbers will be published on [ the Bins R Done website] and/or notified directly to winners.
• Winners must claim their prize & SHARE the facebook post that matches their winning entries facebook post within [14] days from the date of the draw, as specified in the instructions provided with their notification. Winners must agree for their information to be used as promotional purposes/ including photos or videos if bins R Done find this would help in advertising.
• If a winner fails to claim their prize or do not comply with the above requirements within the 14 days of draw, the prize will be forfeited.

8. Odds of Winning

• The odds of winning depend on the number of entries and the specific prize tier.
• There is no guarantee of winning any prize.

9. Payment of Prizes

• Prizes will be paid out in the form of [cash, voucher, or any other method of payment].
• [Bins R done] reserves the right to deduct any necessary taxes or fees required by law.

10. Responsibility

• Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided when purchasing a product or entering a promotion.

12. Fraud and Abuse

• Any attempt to manipulate the Draw or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any winnings.

13. Force Majeure
